Description
Join us at Ulna Studio for an Art & Mending Workshop with Lettie Jane Rennenkamp. This class is a great companion to the Tarot Reading & Exchange Workshop the weekend before.
This class is an invitation to “mend” in the broadest sense of the word. We will be repurposing old artwork, by painting over it, cutting it up and collaging it back together, or incorporating our old ideas into something new. We will also be creating together, talking, using each other’s discards, and trying to form the paper and canvas version of a mending circle.
I’ve broken my traditional tarot workshop into two parts so that we can dig into the tarot without expectation of creation in the first class, and so that we can dig into creation with the expectation of narrative in the second half. Reworking your old artwork can be intuitive or even divinatory practice. My intention is for people to feel connected, inspired, and grounded coming out of this class
This is a great class to sign up with a friend, sweetheart, or family member.
Feel free to email the instructor lettiejane@nullgmail.com with any questions.
