Join us for this hands-on workshop and create your very own customized mug! Perfect for participants of all skill levels, including complete beginners, this class is led by the talented Jess Faulk and provides a fun and creative introduction to slab-building techniques.
What to Expect:
In this workshop, Jess will guide you step-by-step through the process of rolling out clay slabs, using templates, and constructing a functional and beautifully designed mug. Along the way, you’ll learn fundamental clay techniques and explore the creative possibilities of design and form.
All Supplies Provided: We’ve got everything you need to bring your mug to life. After the workshop, your piece will be fired and finished with a clear glaze.
Bonus Open Studio Session: If you would like to paint/ apply color to your piece you’ll have the opportunity to return for a free Open Studio session to finish your project independently. Choose one of the following timeslots to put the finishing touches on your piece:
- Thursday, March 27: 5–9 PM
- Friday, March 28: 4–8 PM
- Saturday, March 29: 1–5 PM
- Sunday, March 30: 10 AM–2 PM
Important Details:
- Eligibility: Open to participants aged 18 and older.
- Pickup Window: Your completed mug will be ready for pickup between April 24th and May 22nd during open studio hours. Please note: we do not send notifications for pickups, so be sure to mark your calendar. Open hours for collection are:
- Thursdays: 5–9 PM
- Fridays: 4–8 PM
- Saturdays: 1–5 PM
- Sundays: 10 AM–2 PM
