Description
This is an Intuitive Drawing favorite! This Mother’s Day we will gather together to collectively create some large watercolor paintings. We’ll spend 3 hours on a Saturday morning staring at flowers and painting with fellow creative folks. We will rotate from one painting to the next, in short increments so each painting is touched by everyone in the room. This exercise emphasizes the liberty of letting go, the importance of variation in brush marks, and learning from each other. The results are always stunning. Materials included.
You are welcome to come as you are. Come if you are a mother, with your mother, if you’ve lost your mother, if you’ve left your mother, if you’ve lost your child, with your friend who feels like a mother, alone on a day that feels intense for you, alone on a day that feels like a celebration for you, as care-taker, or just because you like watercolor.
