Market Days and Hours:
The market will be held every weekend in June and July. All spots are first come, first serve. Register by May 15th. If space allows, we will open the opportunity to apply for more dates after May 15th (we will email you). The market officially begins at 1 pm and runs until 5 pm, with vendors obligated to stay until the end of the event (no early pack up).
Registration Details:
The $50 registration fee includes renting a 6-foot banquet table (and one chair) to display your creations. You may add a $15 pop-up shade tent rental to your cart upon checkout if you wish. Tents can also be rented on the day of the event but will be subject to availability. Vendors are welcome to bring their own shade tents, as long as they are 6’x4’ in size and have a white or grey top. Many of the table spaces are in the shade, so we recommend arriving early if you choose not to rent a tent.
Please note that there are no refunds, cancellations or transfers once you reserve your date.
Location and What to Bring:
The market is outside in front of our colorful clay studio at 2324 SE Belmont. On market days, setup begins at noon, and vendors can choose their preferred table location in order of arrival. All vendors must set up by 1 pm. Please bring a tablecloth or covering for your table, display items for your work, ways to accept payment (i.e. square reader for credit cards, Venmo QR code, cash change, etc.), packaging for sold items, a sign for your table with your business name, business cards, water, and snacks.
